Malashree presents the 9th edition of Prerona Dance Festival. Malashree Odissi Group will present Navagraha, under the dance direction of Dr. Arpita Venkatesh, who will also perform an Odissi solo. Somabha Bandopadhyay will represent Manipuri, while Biraj Roy and Rumi Debnath will present Sattriya Nritya. Jalsa Chandra will showcase Bharatanatyam. Adding to the evening�s repertoire, Kritika Odissi Group will present Yatra, a journey towards the sublime infinite, under the dance direction of Guru Rina Jana. Malashree Kathak Group will present Umang, with dance direction by Sampita Chatterjee. The festival�s visual presentation will be enhanced by the light design of Nitya Naskar.
