NatyaNetwork is a professional network and public directory for the global Indian classical dance community — artists, gurus, institutions, and events. We build the directory in two ways:

• From public sources.We aggregate professional information that is already publicly available — for example public dance directories, event programmes, institution websites, and encyclopaedic sources. A profile created this way is marked "unclaimed" and contains only publicly available professional information.
• From artists themselves. Artists claim or create their own profiles and add their bio, photos, performances, lineage, and other content.

Information on NatyaNetwork is either compiled from public sources or self-reported by artists. We do not independently verify it. NatyaNetwork is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, currency, or reliability of any profile, listing, or other content, and does not endorse any artist, institution, or event.

Each user is solely responsible for the content they add and warrants that it is accurate, that they have the right to publish it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or impersonate another person. You must not claim a profile that is not your own.

If you are the artist and a profile is inaccurate, you can claim it and edit it, or control the visibility of your contact details. If you would like a profile corrected or removed — including an unclaimed public-directory listing about you — email hello@natyanetwork.com and we will action reasonable requests promptly.

To claim or create a profile you verify an email address. To protect artists' identities, a claim on an already-listed profile is reviewed by an administrator before ownership is granted. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Claiming another person's profile, or providing false information, may result in removal of the profile and suspension of your account.

• Do not impersonate any person or institution, or claim a profile that is not yours.
• Do not upload unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
• Do not scrape, harvest, or bulk-download data from the Service without permission.
• Do not use the Service to harass, spam, or mislead other members.

You keep ownership of the content you add. By adding it, you grant NatyaNetwork a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and display it within the Service so your profile can appear to other members and visitors. You can remove your content by editing or deleting your profile.

Profiles and events may link to external websites and social media that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third-party sites.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NatyaNetwork will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Service that was compiled from public sources or self-reported by artists.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and version above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
