Tribute to Guru Swamimalai SK Rajaratnam Pillai on his birth anniversary by his foremost disciples Ramya Harishankar, Srinidhi Chidambaram, Vidhya Subramanian, Ramya Ramnarayan, Nirupama Vaidyanathan and Priyadarsini Govind who come together to present his compositions and choreography. Swamimalai Dr. K. Suresh, grand nephew and student of Guru Rajarathnam will wield cymbals and provide vocal accompaniment. Senior artist Nellai D. Kannan on mridangam and T. Sashidhar on flute complete the orchestra. His daughter Jayakamala Pandian will deliver the welcome address followed by the dance presentation and remembrance tributes by dancers.
