Dr. Aneesh Raghavan is a celebrated Indian classical Odissi dancer, known for his adherence to the distinctive Guru Debaprasad Das style. He received his extensive training under the tutelage of Guru Smt. Sangeeta Dash in Puducherry, India. Raghavan is also recognized as a Sanskrit scholar, showcasing a deep academic engagement with the cultural roots of his art form. Throughout his career, Aneesh Raghavan has performed extensively at numerous festivals both within India and internationally, including in Europe, the Middle East, and the Far East. Notable performances include the International Odissi Dance Festival organized by Gkcm Orc and the Odia Language Literature & Culture Department, Government of Odisha, where he presented a Pallavi based on raga Belabali, for which he also composed the music and choreographed the dance. He has graced stages at the South Asia Institute, the Pondicherry Heritage Festival, and the Sri Aurobindo Institute of Culture, where he performed "Nrtyasangama," a graceful confluence of Odissi and Bharatanatyam, alongside Swathi Raghavan.
