Archana Verma is a dedicated Kathak dance teacher and an active contributor to the Indian classical dance community in the Seattle area, USA. She serves as the Assistant Director and an instructor at the Anga Kala Kathak Academy, a role she has held since 2015. In this capacity, Verma plays a crucial role in the academy's operations and its mission to promote and preserve the Kathak dance form. She continues to refine her own artistry and understanding of Kathak by training under the esteemed Srimati Antara Datta at the same academy. Beyond her direct involvement in dance education, Archana Verma is also recognized for her leadership in non-profit initiatives and her extensive community volunteer work within Seattle. Her commitment to community engagement is further demonstrated through her professional position as Associate Director - Affinity Marketing at United Way of King County, where she guides significant community-focused groups.
