Originally from Bengaluru, she has since established herself in Melbourne, where she actively contributes to the cultural landscape through Indian classical dance. Chandana Brijesh is the founder and head of the Sindhubhairavi Centre for Indian Arts & Culture, an institution dedicated to imparting high-class training in the coveted Thanjavur style of Bharatanatyam. Beyond dance instruction, the centre also focuses on holistic personality development through activities like yoga and meditation. As a cultural ambassador, she not only nurtures dancers but also educates them about the rich Indian culture, aiming to cultivate well-rounded artists.
