Dinesh Parihar is a distinguished Indian classical Kathak dancer, a dedicated teacher, and an innovative choreographer, whose artistic lineage traces back to the traditional Jaipur gharana of Kathak. Based in New Delhi, India, Parihar has significantly contributed to the propagation and preservation of this classical dance form through his multifaceted career. He holds a prominent position as a Kathak teacher at IP University, Dwarka, where he imparts his knowledge and expertise to aspiring dancers. In addition to his academic role, he is also actively involved with 4G Global Performers kathak disha, serving as both a Kathak teacher and a dance choreographer. Through these institutions, he nurtures the next generation of Kathak artists, guiding them in the intricate techniques and expressive nuances of the Jaipur gharana. His choreographic endeavors have been showcased at notable events, demonstrating his creative vision and ability to present Kathak in diverse settings. For instance, he choreographed the "Azadi ka amrit mohotsav" at Nehru Stadium in 2022, a significant national event, and also presented a "chaturang" performance at the Taj Mahotsav Agra in 2022.
