G. Nageshwari is an Odissi dancer from Bhubaneswar, India, recognized for her performances both within India and internationally. She received her training under Guru Sri Gajendra Kumar Panda and is associated with the Guru late Debaprasad Das gharana (style) of Odissi dance. Nageshwari began her dance journey at an early age, in Class III, initially learning folk dance steps from her elder sister, Jyotirekha. She pursued formal education in dance, earning "Alankara Poorna" in Odissi dance and completing a post-graduation in Odissi dance from All India Gandharvya University, Pune, through a study centre in Orissa. She also holds a commerce degree from Rama Devi Women's University. Her performing career has included international appearances in countries such as Japan and Malaysia. She has performed at significant festivals including the Khajuraho Dance Festival, Konark Dance Festival, Mukteswar Dance Festival, Puri Beach Festival, Baliyatra, and the Indian Dance Festival in Chennai. Nageshwari has also performed for various dignitaries, including Chief Minister Naveen Pattanik, Gajapati Maharaja Sri Divyasingh Dev, Governor of Orissa Sri Murlidhar Chandra Kant Bhandare, and the President of India Sri Pranab Mukherjee. Nageshwari's unique dance style, which she terms 'TRIDHARA', integrates elements of Odissi, Sambalpuri folk, and tribal dance. She has also contributed to the dance community by assisting Guru Gajendra Panda in numerous national and international workshops.
