She received her Bharatanatyam training under esteemed gurus, including Sri. Pasumarthy Ramalingashastri, a disciple of Rukmini Devi Arundale, aligning with the Kalakshetra tradition. Kavitha Seshgari is the founder of Nrityalaya Academy, an institution dedicated to promoting and preserving Bharatanatyam. Her artistic endeavors extend to poetry and writing, and she has authored the book "Magic of Mudra in Yoga & Dance," which explores the connection between mudras in yoga and dance and is available on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. She is also a certified yoga trainer and has composed and choreographed dance productions on both Indian and Western themes.
