Dr. Guru Meenakshi Shriyan is a highly respected figure in Indian classical dance, primarily known for her profound contributions to Bharatanatyam. As the Artistic Director of Arunodaya Kala Niketan in Chembur, Mumbai, she carries forward the illustrious legacy of the institution founded by her father, Vidwan Guru M.N. Suvarna. This esteemed academy, a beacon of India's cultural heritage, has a rich history, celebrating its 60th anniversary in 2018 and its 65th anniversary in 2025, underscoring decades of unwavering dedication to the performing arts.
