Mini Jairaj is an accomplished Indian classical dancer and Carnatic vocalist residing in Portland, Oregon, since 2001. She received her initial dance training in Kerala artforms under the tutelage of her father, Guru Sri. T. Radhakrishnan. She further pursued Bharatanatyam under the guidance of Guru Kalakshetra Vilasini and Guru R.L.V Devi. Her Mohiniyattam training was from Guru Kalamandalam Kalyanikutty Amma and Guru Sridevi Rajan. Currently, she continues her passion for dance by learning Kuchipudi from Guru Anuradha Ganesh. Mini Jairaj holds a master's degree in commerce. As a professional dancer, she has performed various dance forms at different cultural events internationally. She is also an accomplished vocalist, frequently singing for dance arangetrams and other dance events in Portland. Mini Jairaj is a mentor who trains children to perform for cultural events in Portland and leads the Kalpana School of Dance, which is a wing of Sri Balaji Vidyalaya - HECSA Portland Balaji Temple. Additionally, she serves as a cultural coordinator for various organizations in Portland and is a classical dance makeup artist.
