Prapti Gupta is an accomplished Indian classical Odissi dancer, recognized as a senior disciple of Guru Smt. Alpana Nayak. Her training in Odissi has been under the tutelage of Guru Nayak, who is also the founder of ALPANA (Association for Learning Performing Arts & Normative Action), an organization dedicated to the promotion of performing arts and holistic human development. Prapti Gupta has performed at various prestigious venues and cultural events, showcasing her mastery of the Odissi form. Her performances include a Saraswati Vandana at Indradhanush in 2009 and a solo Odissi recital titled "DAKSHINANJALI: An obeisance to the Guru" at the C D Deshmukh Auditorium, India International Centre, New Delhi, in February 2019, where she presented Mangalacharana and Saveri Pallavi. In March 2022, she performed Charukeshi Pallavi and Madhurashtakam at "BHOOMI PRANAM 2021," an event organized by ALPANA in New Delhi. Prapti Gupta has been acknowledged for her talent, winning the first prize in the solo dance category at the MTNL Perfect Health Mela and the top prize at the National DAV Dance Competition, both in October 2009.
