Princess Panigrahi is a contemporary Indian classical dancer specializing in Odissi. She began her Odissi journey at the age of five under the tutelage of Guru Binayak Panda. Currently, she continues her advanced training and practice under the guidance of Guru Lipsa Satapathy. Panigrahi has earned a Visharad from Gandharva Mahavidyalaya and is recognized as a 'B-high' graded artist by Doordarshan. Throughout her career, Princess Panigrahi has graced numerous national and international stages. Notably, she was part of a dance group that represented India in Russia, organized by the Ministry of External Affairs. In 2023, she performed at various G20 events held across different Indian cities, including Udaipur, Lucknow, Agra, Rishikesh, and New Delhi. She also performed at the Kala Pratibha Nritya Utsav 2026 in New Delhi as a disciple of Smt. Lipsa Satapathy from Kala Sthal Academy. Beyond performing, Panigrahi is actively involved in teaching and promoting Odissi. She assists Guru Lipsa Satapathy as a faculty member at Nritya Kriti, contributing to the academy's growth and the propagation of Odissi dance. Her training encompasses the styles of esteemed gurus such as Debaprasad Das and Kelucharan Mohapatra. Princess Panigrahi also explores contemporary dance, incorporating Western dance forms and choreographing fusion dance covers, showcasing her versatility as an artist.
