Purnima Venkatesh is a Bharatanatyam artist based in Switzerland, where she runs Purnima Dance Culture. She began her dance training at the age of four in Bharatanatyam, specifically the Tanjore Style, under the tutelage of Guru Smt. Kalaivani Rajmohan at BharatNatyaNiketan in New Delhi. Additionally, she received training in Kathak, another Indian classical dance form, from Ghandharva Maha Vidhyalaya in Delhi. Purnima Venkatesh has performed solo on various stages in both India and Switzerland. She founded Purnima Dance Culture around 2017, an institution that offers Bharatanatyam classes for beginner and intermediate levels. Beyond classical forms, she also provides dance direction in semi-classical and folk fusion styles and conducts dance workshops and choreographies. Awards & Honours: Trophy @ Isai thullal (2018).
