Radhika Ramanujan is an accomplished Indian classical dancer specializing in Bharatanatyam. She commenced her dance journey at the tender age of seven, subsequently refining her artistry under the esteemed guidance and tutelage of the renowned dancer couple Guru Shri Kiran Subramaniam and Smt. Sandhya Kiran of 'Rasika' in Bangalore. Her formal debut, known as Arangetram, took place in 1993. Following her Arangetram, Radhika Ramanujan deepened her dedication to Bharatanatyam, achieving significant recognition through performances on numerous prestigious stages both within India and internationally. She is recognized as a graded artist of Doordarshan and has garnered accolades for her extensive performances. Her memorable performances include appearances at the EFCEP series conducted by the ICCR, Kinkini Nrityotsava, Udupi Dance festival, International Dance Alliance festival (held in Delhi, Hyderabad, Mysore, and Chennai), Hampi Utsava, Delhi International Art festival, and Virasat festival, among others. Critics have described her as a "well trained, highly articulate and consummate artist" whose recitals are memorable. She is noted for her eloquent portrayal of various themes, including episodes from Krishnavatara and the depiction of a khandita nayika. Radhika Ramanujan also imparts her knowledge and passion for Bharatanatyam to aspiring students at her own school of dance, 'Kalaranga', located in Malleswaram, Bangalore.
