Smt. Reshmi Pathiyath is a globally celebrated Indian classical dancer, choreographer, and educator, renowned for her profound mastery across multiple classical forms including Bharatanatyam, Mohiniyattam, Kuchipudi, and Kathak. She is an ardent disciple of the late Guru Tanjore P Palaniappan Master of Coimbatore, and has also received training from Mrs. Satyavalli Ramalingam, currently continuing her artistic journey under the guidance of Guru Dr. Padmaja Suresh. Pathiyath holds a 'Prabakar' from Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad. She is the visionary Artistic Director of Athari Fine Arts in the UAE, an institution dedicated to practicing and promoting Indian Classical and Folk Dances. Beyond her performing and teaching career, she is also an author, social worker, motivational speaker, and motion film director. Her performances have captivated audiences in over 21 countries, and she is recognized for her ability to seamlessly transition between dance styles while preserving their unique cultural identities. Pathiyath champions the transformative power of the arts, exploring the deep connections between dance, spirituality, women's empowerment, and education through her compelling presentations at global conferences and universities. Her contributions extend to filmmaking, with a groundbreaking, women-oriented motion film earning a place in the International Book of Records.
