Rita Panesar is a dedicated Kathak dancer and choreographer, recognized for her work under the banner of 'Bhramari-Kathak.' Based in Hamburg, Germany, she has cultivated a significant presence in the Indian classical dance scene, particularly within Europe. Panesar brings to her art over two decades of extensive teaching practice, during which she has imparted the nuances of Kathak to numerous students. Her career is also marked by considerable international stage experience, performing across various venues and festivals. A hallmark of her performances is the collaboration with live musicians, frequently featuring traditional Indian instruments such as the Sitar and Tabla, which enriches the authentic experience of Kathak.
