Rochitha Nathan is a classically trained Bharatanatyam dancer originally from Philadelphia, USA. She has been training in the art form for over 20 years, as of November 2022. Nathan received her training at the Three Aksha Dance Company under the guidance of Guru Viji Rao. Her Bharatanatyam arangetram, a debut solo performance, took place on July 21, 2012, at Harriton High School in Rosemont, Pennsylvania. Throughout her career, Rochitha Nathan has performed Bharatanatyam in numerous prestigious venues across India, Europe, the UAE, and America. Her performances have showcased her mastery over diverse emotions and strong technical prowess, as noted in a review of her arangetram where she displayed "excellent stamina and endurance" and "perfect precision for every stride, strength in posture for every leap, elegant mudras during every stretch". In November 2022, she performed Bharatanatyam at the RMT Samskruti Annual Festival. Beyond her dance career, Rochitha Nathan is also a trained musician and a biomedical engineer, working as an R&D engineer at a materials science company in Delaware. In 2020, she debuted her acting career as the lead actress in the American short movie "Colors of Truth".
