Sreeragini Ghantasala is an accomplished Kuchipudi dancer and a dedicated Assistant Instructor at the Natyanjali Kuchipudi Dance School. Her journey in Kuchipudi spans over 18 years, during which she has been a devoted student of Guru Srilatha. Ghantasala has showcased her talent through numerous performances across the United States, consistently upholding the rich traditions and elegant devotion inherent in the Kuchipudi art form. A significant milestone in her career was in 2016 when she was recognized as IndianRaga's first-ever Kuchipudi Fellow. During her fellowship, she actively participated in collaborative productions, including portraying the character of Jasmine in a Fairy Tale production and a girl reuniting with childhood friends in "Journey Home." Her classical Kuchipudi routine during this fellowship garnered critical acclaim worldwide. Ghantasala fondly recalls her IndianRaga Fellowship experience, highlighting how it not only fostered collaboration but also provided her with firsthand exposure to video production processes. She describes dance as a transformative and expressive art form that has been a part of her life for over a decade, serving as a stress reliever and a means of self-expression. In 2021, Sreeragini Ghantasala achieved further recognition by securing first place in the senior category for the prestigious First International Guru Sobhanaidu Award. This award underscored her growing prominence and skill in the Kuchipudi dance community. Based in Plano, Texas, USA, Sreeragini balances her artistic pursuits with a professional career as a Product Lifecycle Management Analyst at Bell Flight.
