Tanvi Palav is an accomplished Indian classical Kathak dancer and a Marathi actress, born on August 27, 1990, in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. She completed her schooling at IES English Excessive School and pursued her graduation from Ramnarain Ruia College, Mumbai. Tanvi began her Kathak training at a young age and is a disciple of SuShree Lata Bakalkar. She is recognized as a talented and renowned Kathak dancer, known for her proficient stage performances. Beyond her dance career, Tanvi Palav has also made a significant mark in the Marathi entertainment industry as an actress. She has featured in several Marathi television serials, including 'Javai Vikat Ghene Aahe' where she played the lead role of Pranjal, 'Maan Udaan Varyache', 'Rang Mazha Vegla', 'Anolkhi Disha', 'ShubamKaroti', and 'Aabhalmaya'. Additionally, she has performed in commercial theatrical plays such as 'Surakshit Antar Theva', 'Kriishna Priya', 'Vacuum Cleaner', and 'Durga Zali Gauri'. Tanvi Palav also imparts her knowledge of Kathak, offering online classes. She is the niece of the renowned Indian calligraphy master, Achhut Palav, and considers Padma Vibhushan Pandit Birju Maharaj ji as her idol.
