Pratyush Dadhich, popularly known as Tush Dadheech, is a prominent figure in the Indian classical dance form of Kathak, known for his significant contributions to its promotion, organization, and pedagogy. He is the younger son of Padma Shree and SNA Awardee Dr. Puru Dadheech and SNA and MP's Shikar Samman Awardee Dr. Vibha Dadheech, both renowned Kathak dancers and scholars. With a background in Business Development and Marketing from corporate companies, Tush Dadheech has been instrumental in applying modern marketing principles and technology to the field of art. He has actively worked to unite the Kathak fraternity and promote their creative endeavors, single-handedly initiating projects like 'finding worthy unknown', 'let's bring change', and 'aaj ka gyan by Tush'. He also curates festivals such as Ashitih Utsav and Sampurna Ramayan, through which he has provided recognition and launched many new artists. Tush Dadheech is a full-time active member in running, training, and teaching Kathak dance at the Natavari Kathak Nritya Academy in Indore, which serves as the main center. The academy, co-founded by his parents in 1988, aims to preserve and promote traditional Kathak dance forms. He is dedicated to creating more artistic opportunities in central India and establishing platforms for eminent gurus to teach younger generations.
