Vaishnavi Reddy is an accomplished Bharatanatyam dancer and teacher based in Bangalore, India. She received her training in the Vazhavoor style of Bharatanatyam under the tutelage of Aacharya Prathiba Sathyavannan. With over a decade of experience in the art form, she marked the formal commencement of her classical journey with her Gejje Pooja in 2018 and subsequently performed her Arangetram in 2023. Vaishnavi Reddy has graced numerous prestigious stages and revered temples across India, including performances at Doordarshan Kendra, the Golden Temple, ISKCON Temple, Arka Kala Kuteera, Chamundeshwari Temple, and Kadambari Kalakshetra. She has also been a participant in the Dashami reality show. Her dedication and artistry have earned her several awards, such as the Natya Mayuri Award from NBIS, Natya Kalamani from Hosur Natyanjali, Seriganada Prashasti Patra, and the Natya Kireeta Award. As an educator, Vaishnavi Reddy is committed to preserving the traditional essence of Bharatanatyam, guiding her students with a focus on fundamental techniques, rhythmic precision, expressive depth, and the art of storytelling.
