Vineeta Phondekar is an Indian classical Kathak dancer and teacher. She has been learning Kathak for approximately 23 years and possesses over 6 years of teaching experience. Phondekar is trained in the Lucknow Gharana of Kathak, having achieved a Visharad degree. She also holds training in the Uday Shankar style of Creative Dance. She conducts Kathak classes in Guildford and Woking in the United Kingdom. Phondekar previously introduced and taught Kathak and Creative Dance as a recreational course at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, USA. She is associated with Aarat Deepali Vichare's Academy of Arts and has performed alongside Deepali Vichare. Her performances are showcased on her YouTube channel, including a "Kathak Show Reel" and other semi-classical and Kathak dance pieces.
