Vrinda Chadha is an accomplished Indian classical Odissi dancer, performer, teacher, and choreographer based in Delhi, India. She is a devoted and senior disciple of Padma Shri Guru Ranjana Gauhar, under whom she has trained from a young age. Chadha holds a Master's degree in Philosophy from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University. She is also trained in Hindustani classical music and yoga, which she acknowledges have enriched her dance performances. As a professional performer, Vrinda Chadha has captivated audiences across India and internationally, gracing stages in countries such as Spain, Argentina, Korea, Japan, China, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Madagascar, Seychelles, and the Dominican Republic. She has performed both as part of her guru's ensemble and as a solo artist. She is empanelled with the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) and Doordarshan. Chadha is a faculty member at Guru Ranjana Gauhar's Utsav dance academy, where she has been training, performing, and teaching Odissi dance for over 19 years. Beyond performing and teaching, she has worked as an art educationist with NGOs and the Directorate of Education, Delhi, introducing arts-based curricula in government schools and leading workshops for underprivileged children. In 2020, during the pandemic, she launched "Imagine," a video project that blended music and dance across genres to uplift spirits. This project, which featured her own choreography, was later selected for Chicago's In/Motion International Dance and Film Festival in 2022. She is also a member of the International Dance Council (CID) UNESCO, Paris, and a Teach for India fellow. Vrinda Chadha also engages in research and study of Odissi and has authored articles on her dance journey.
