Early 1970s
Began dance training — Started learning dance from the Bhaskars in Johor Bahru.
1993
Founded Suvarna Fine Arts — Established his own dance academy at age 25.
1994
Student showcases begin — Suvarna Fine Arts started showcasing its students' talents in stage productions.
1996
Awarded Best Male Dancer — Received the award from the Shankarabharanam Trust at the International Music and Dance Festival in Chennai, India.
2000
International Arts Festival debut — First male Indian classical dancer to be featured in the International Arts Festival in Frankfurt, Germany.

Performed at Lincoln Center and Joyce Theatre — First Malaysian to perform at these prestigious venues in New York.
