Began Odissi and Sattriya training — Admitted to Mitali Kala Kendra, trained under Garima Hazarika (Odissi) and Ghana Kanta Bora (Sattriya).

Graduated from Cotton College — Received Statistics Honours.
2004
Joined Gauhati Medical College and Hospital — Began as a non-medical faculty in the Community Medicine department.
2010
Performed at Uday Shankar Fest — Received accolades for her performance in Calcutta.
2012
Founded Darpan Dance Akademi — Established her institution in Guwahati.
2019
Invited by the President of India — Attended Independence Day celebration as an Artluminary.
2025
Launched Nritya Nirjara festival — Inaugurated her annual Odissi dance festival in Guwahati on August 29.
