Kottakkal Chandrasekharan (January 15, 1945 – September 4, 2019) was a distinguished Indian classical dancer, renowned for his mastery of Kathakali. Received Consolation prize — From Eranakulam Kathakali Club.

Joined P.S.V. Natyasangham as instructor — Began teaching and performing at his alma mater.

Participated in 'Kathakali Mahotsavam', Asiad
1983
Performed in Festival of India (UK) — Specially invited by the British Council.
1990
Received Thulaseevanam Award — From Thiruvananthapuram.

Received 'Natyathilakam' and Veerasrunkhala — Honourship from Rajarajeswari Temple, Thaliparambu.

Became Principal of P.S.V. Natyasangham — Headed the institution until his death.
