Chapala Mishra is an Indian classical Odissi dancer, born in Puri, the home of Lord Jagannatha. She received her training in Odissi dance from each of the three primary gurus in Orissa. Mishra is recognized as a senior disciple of the eminent Odissi danseuse Minati Mishra. She has performed at significant events, including a two-day dance festival in Bhubaneswar in March 2011, which celebrated Minati Mishra's 60 years of dedication to Odissi. During this festival, she performed in the dance drama "Katha Kuha," which was choreographed by Minati Mishra. More recently, Chapala Mishra performed "Mangalacharana - Abhinaya - Jagannathastakam" at the International Odissi Dance Festival in 2022.
