Harshitha Aneesh is an emerging Bharatanatyam dancer who made her debut with her Arangetram performance on August 2, 2026, at West Forsyth High School. This event marked her transition from a student to a performer in the traditional Indian classical dance form of Bharatanatyam. She is currently training under the renowned Padma Vibhushan Guru Dr. Padma Subrahmanyam. Additionally, she is inspired by her guru, Shrimati Anilah Haridas, who is dedicated to perpetuating the rich traditions of Bharatanatyam. Her Arangetram featured traditional Bharatanatyam repertoire, including a Chadurashtra Allaripu, a Nadesha Kotwam dedicated to Lord Shiva, and a Jatiswaram.
