Pallavi Sharma is an Indian classical dancer, choreographer, and educator, primarily known for her work in Kathak and Bharatanatyam. She also holds a Diploma in Rajasthani Dance. Sharma completed her basic education in Indore, India, and pursued a degree in Advertising and Public Relations Management. Alongside her academic studies, she received formal training in both Kathak and Bharatanatyam. Driven by her passion for dance, Pallavi Sharma established her own institution, Mudra Dance Studio (also known as Mudra Dance Studio and Activity Centre), after her marriage. Through her studio, she aims to promote Indian classical dance forms, which she believes have been overshadowed by Western dance. In addition to leading her academy, she has also worked with schools to introduce students to Indian dance and culture. Sharma's dedication to dance has led to international recognition, as she has represented India twice at the international level. As a teacher, she is known for her engaging approach, believing in making learning enjoyable for her students to foster their interest in the art form. She is also recognized as a Kathak guru, with students such as Rashmi, Nivedita, Aarohi, and Shrishti performing under her guidance. Beyond her dance career, Pallavi Sharma is also a national trekker.
