Kiranmayee Madupu is a well-known Bharatanatyam danseuse, teacher, and choreographer based in Hyderabad, India. She began her journey in dance at the age of six, training under the tutelage of renowned Bharatanatyam exponent Guru Hemamalini Arni, a prominent disciple of Padmabhushan T. Balasaraswati and Padmashri Vazhuvoor Ramaiah Pillai. Madupu, an IT Engineer by education, initially worked as a consultant for Deloitte for two years before deciding to pursue Bharatanatyam as a full-time profession. She credits her Guru and her mother for her accomplishments and knowledge in dance. As a performer, Kiranmayee Madupu has extensively showcased her art both nationally and internationally. Beyond performing, Madupu is a dedicated teacher, having founded her dance school, 'Hema Arangam – The Golden Platform', named after her mentor.
